Nipples

Good afternoon. This coming Thursday will be 3 weeks post-op. I had both glands removed and lipo done. After my surgery and for the first several weeks my chest and nipples looked perfect! My question however is about my nipples. Five days ago my left upper nipple started to indent a little then about 3 days later the right started. I went and saw my PS and he said not to worry because it is the scar tissue contracting and after the pain is gone to start massaging the area to loosen the tissue, which would cause both of my nipples to return back to normal. I have read several posts on both sides of indentions; however I am a little worried. Thank you for your time and input.
