5 weeks after operation, fold / inward nipples / swelling / fold across nipples

So its been 5 weeks since my operation.

It is still pretty numb around the nipple area.

My question/worries is

The fold / indent on my nipples and also the indent when i squezze my pects, is that due to the Swelling ?

Also the Two dot scars that i have on each side, how likely arr those to away, og atleast flatten out so they dont look like holes?
