3 weeks post op - crease/fold/indent right above incisions

Hi,

A few days ago I took off my compression vest and tape/bandages for the first time. I think I look pretty decent, you can barely see the incision, but there are these very noticeable half-moon creases right above the incision, below the nip. I figured these would sort themselves out in a few days without the compression vest, but to no avail. I wasn't able to speak to my dr at the 3-week post-op follow up because he was on vacation. Has anyone experienced this ? and how long/what should I expect? I'm reaally hoping it doesn't stay like this.
