Hi,i am 28 years old.I just gone through gynecomastia surgery(Lipo + gland removal) 3 days back. But since then, been suffering from high fever of 101 F.My Dr has prescribed me certain antibiotics, pain killers etc for 7 days, and I have been taking them properly on time. But as soon as the effect of those med subside, I get the high fever generally in evening time.I have to take extra paracetamol tablet in order to cure. Also facing headache since the day of surgery on different regions each time.Has anyone encountered the same problem post surgery.Plz do reply if some has any idea . knowledge or experience regarding the issues mentioned.I am little worried now😞.

Its normal to have a slight fever after surgery typically under 100 degrees. If the temperature of the patient is  or over 100 I ask my patients to call me.I would recommend you do the same, call your surgeon.
