I can still feel some sort of granule on my right side just above the nipple and some other lumps on different part of my pec.. i get a tingling sensation too.. does that mean that some gland still remains in my right side?

For the first few weeks after surgery, it is very common to have tingling, extreme itching, occasional sharp shooting pains as well as numbness of the skin of the chest and the nipples.  All of these symptoms eventually disappear -- the last being the return of skin sensation.

Be patient.

There are not enough details regarding your surgery to comment in a meaningful way regarding your specific case.I would agree with the generalizations Dr. Jacobs presented.
