Question about bodyfat and surgery

Can a doctor please be kind enough to tell me if I can expect better results at 12% bf versus 15% bf? Or will the result be similar?

I know I'm lucky that I'm already at such a low bf, but I am willing to wait 4-8 more weeks to cut down some more, considering the fact that this surgery is only done once. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

You're better off dieting after the procedure to improve your results, as opposed to getting fatter after, which would potentially cause things to look a little worse. This has been addressed elsewhere in a question about body fat and results.
