Hi Drs,

Sorry for the less than ideal photo. Can you have a look at the area of my skin that I have circled for you? This skin is rubbery and prickly. Unfortunately, it gives the look of being indented even though I really don't think there is an indent there. It feels as if my skin has been glued or stapled inward. Quite difficult for me to describe. 

It's been this way essentially from the first week.

It is very difficult to see the extent of the depressed area. And six weeks is too soon to worry about anything. I suggest that you continue to follow your surgeon's instructions. You could certainly ask about massage. Good luck.
