Hello,

I contacted probably the best surgeon in my country. His clinic make 3 gyno operations a week, which is quite a lot.
I am just worried as they said that they do not remove whole gland, but leave some to make the nipple look nicer. I am just worried that my gyno will return. I am 20 years old now. Do you think I should look for a surgeon that will remove the whole gland ?

The only way to remove 100% of the gland is to remove the nipple. No experienced surgeon would recommend nipple removal for a situation other than cancer. When I surgically excise the gland essentially I remove 99% of the gland. The small extension of the glandular tissue into the nipple does not require removal to prevent "return " of gynecomastia.
