2 weeks post op need help

I'm currently 2 weeks post op gynecomastia surgery excision of both breast tissue. I currently have fluid accumulating in my right breast, fluid was aspirated a week ago that was about 20ml, I feel fluid is coming back, but less I could estimate its about 10ml, I'm afraid if this fluid comes out my chest would look deform and flat. Right now with the fluid in it my chest looks normal. My left breast is doing fine just looks flat at some point. I hope you guys can help me from your experience. Thank you.

You should check with your surgeon to see whether another round of syringe aspiration of the fluid is indicated.  And then be patient -- you will need at least 4-6 months to see the final results of your surgery.

 First I would strongly agree with Dr Jacobs: this is something you should check with your doctor about ,it is not something you should manage. As a general rule I tell my patients each aspiration is successful 50% of the time. By that I mean in all cases fluid is obviously removed but in 50% of the cases for each aspiration the procedure will need to be repeated.So just to clarify half of the patients are fine after one aspiration. Of the group that require a second aspiration 50% will be fine after the second aspiration but 50% will need a third aspiration.

Thank you so much for the replies doctors it was aspirated and fluids came back, but it went down on its own.
