Could view some pictures of mine and give their advice?

I've been told I don't have it and that surgery wouldn't improve it anyway. I don't think it's an ecnomically sound idea since both my parents are nearing retirement in 3 years but my Dad was laid off, my mother doesn't work, and I'm saving up and already have other bills to pay like medication for depression and anxiety.

Just need some advice. Thanks.

Well I'm going to post pictures here. Not sure what to do.

I think I'm flexing in the third shot.

Based on your photos, if you have gynecomastia, it's very mild. It's hard to tell if surgical intervention would have any impact on the appearance without actually examining you to see how much tissue is in the area.  But if finances are an issue, I would guess that you can get a bigger bang for your buck by paying other bills.  It sounds like that's what you've been told by a surgeon who did examine you as well.

Good luck,

Unfortunately, the photos you posted are not great -- but agree with Dr. Silverman, if you have gyne at all, it is a mild case.

If you have other things going on in your life, such as tough finances, now may not be the time to consider surgery.  Rather, buy a snug compression garment to give you a better shape and save your money for bills and possibly for surgery in the future.
