Consult With Lista Today Mississauga - any advice?

Anyone have feedback re: Dr. Lista?

He looks good, but his non negotiable fee seems high. His technique leaves no nipple scaring. Although I would pay it, I want to know if anyone has used him, and how they feel about the value?
He mentioned that there is a 10% chance of retouching required after 1 year at another $1800 cost to me! Is this reasonable?
