Lipo scars...

Do I NEED to get lipo? I feel that it wouldn't be necessary for me as i do have lots of muscle in my chest area.
It's also that i feel the scar would be really noticeable. I really dont wanna have lipo done, I just wanna have the tissue removed.

Well if you have just 'excision', then you will have two scars at the base of your areolas. Which would be bigger than lipo scars.
