Puffy NIPPLES
Hey guys...i have very minor gyno and i body build..it is not too visible  but i have sort of puffy nipples that slightly protrude out..where as before my pecs were pretty much perfect..ne ways... i do know that i have gyno....ne suggestions and or cost effective ways of ridding the minor puffy nipple issue.

Hey john i am 23 and i have been body building seriously for about 4 years. I was up to about 240 at 5.11 with about 8 percent body fat. I have had my days when i looked great but the gyno has caught up to me. I am now 200 pounds still look good but my nipples puff out and a small lump is under my right nipple. I wonder if my only resort is surgery. I know for a fact that it is doe to hormones and not genetic. since i have never been fat or had this problem
