Puffy nipples

Hi,

I am a 15 year old. I play sports, exercise daily, and if anything I am underweight. I have had puffy nipples for about 3-4 years now, and I was wondering what some solutions would be. I tried waiting it out to see if it would go away but it never did, so I assume it's time to take action.

I know this probably isn't ideal but wait until your 16. If it is still apparent you may want to consider surgery.
But in the mean time, try liquid bandages. They spray over the nipples when they are small an keep them down for a period of time.
