still rubbing endlessly 3 times a day...its annoying.  My results are not my ideal right now, but they are better.  However, I'm not sure if its my vest compressing or not, but in the upper area, where the vest ends before it goes under my armpits - just above that my chest is 'puffier' then the area that lista worked on.  so it looks like my upper chest is fattier, then the rest is flatter...Marx, did you have this?  

my pain has actuallly gone below my chest, and onto my left rib cage somehow....

hey guys tomorow is my first day at work having to do massages,how can i massage if i'm at work.i was thinking massaging once before work ,and once afer work but i can't rub at work unless i do it dry without any cream,how do you guys manage getting it in 3 times a day while holding a full time job.

To answer some questions.  I am happy with the results so far.  I would take off my shirt anyday, once red incisions heal into my normal skin colour.

Pete, my upper chest is not puffy, I hardly feel any lumpiness anymore, except in areas of lower chest under my nips.  I am a bit concerned, because on lower right side it is a big hard lump.  I didn't wear vest today, just to see how it would go.  I'll wear it a few more days to make up for it.  It still swells up.  Without massaging, it tends to get bigger and more swelling.  After massaging hard it feels much better, and vest keeps swelling in.  

Braveboy, I do a total of 15 min per day.  5 minutes in morning before work, then 10 minutes at night.  Don't mesaage during the day.  I message in bed, relaxed, so I really feel the areas and try to break down the scar tissue.  I use fingers, palms hand edges, anything to really work into the problem areas.  I am going to start exercising this week, once I ditch the vest.

HELP.no lumps,no bumps and no golf balls what the heck am i massageing.I still feel blubber chest is sore when i massage i don't know what that means?I feel i think something hard lower chest but it might be my ribs(confused).Left side still alot larger than the right

After not wearing vest for one day, i feel a bit sore in lower right chest as swelling hardens there.  When I wear vest, I don't feel sore and there is very little swelling.  Lista told me to remove vest tomorrow, but I feel that it really helps keep in the swelling.

I'm pizzed off,my darn left chest has not changed at all as far as the size of it compared to my right side.It is still noticable larger don't know if it is swallon or just not enough taken out.Both sides still sore to feel right side incison heal great,left side incision while massageing i think open slightly a small trace of pink fluid appeared.

Hi guys,
Lista did my op about 10 months ago.

You need to wait at least 3 months for things to settle down. (It took me 6 months) I was also worried at the six-week point, but i slowly improved.

I am now happy with the results, with the exception of the red/purple lipo scars. I am going to see Lista about the scar soon. Hopefully he will have an answer for me?

I will let you know! Otherwise I feel great in T-shirts (just like when I was 12

Although, I got Gyne at about 11 or 12. So for me, it would be 10 years old and not a care in the world....

my chest is very sore i think because i am vigoriusly massageing.At all most 3 weeks is this normal?

Yes braveboy I am about 6 weeks now and I notice that sometimes when I message hard, then it gets sore, bruises, etc. but it feels good to break down swelling, scar tissue.  Fishy is right - we must be patient.  

I am only worried about Fishy's comment about the visibility of his scars.  Is it very obvious Fishy?  Are you prone to scar markings?  Do you have dark skin?  Would you still take shirt off in public, or are scars that obvious?

im just over 4 weeks, and mines still sore - more so right before and in the beginning of the massage, and later on as the hours go on in between.  

i have lumps still, one above right nip, and below left nip, and behind left scar, and i also have i think scar tissue thats gone below the chest, over the ribs and towards my stomach...painful.

i have a rash still, and my upper upper chest, right where my armpits start, is noticeably puffy when my arms are relaxed at their sides.  im not happy about this and i hope it f'ing fixes itself.  even from the side profile, it looks like i have chest 'jowels'...
