Which post-op compression vest to buy?

I am 7 days post op (surgery with Dr. Fielding in Toronto). I still have the compression vest  and foam pads on since the surgery, but I'll be removing the pads soon. My concern is that after the pads are removed, the vest will no longer be very tight. Dr. Fielding said it should be fine, but it has stretched out quite a lot over the last week and I would feel better getting a new one that I know fits properly and offers the right amount of compression.

Does anyone have any recommendations for which post-surgery compression vests are best? Also, is combining the vest with an under armor compression shirt that much better?

Update: I bough an Under Armour compression shirt and am wearing it over top of the vest. I really like it, and I feel like it gives me as much compression as the vest. Do you think I can get away with using only the compression shirt and get rid of the vest? I am 7 days post-op.
