Found your pics mate, your in great shape you have no fat on you at all. Can't really tell you have gyne maybe slightly puffy nipples and a bit of gland but you won't need lipo. You should see tremendous results mate.

Just under 9 weeks now till the surgery. Still doing cardio every morning (on an empty stomach).
I have also started weight training again, used to love it but haven't done it for a few years. Gonna stick at it now and carry on with it after the surgery (once recovered).
My weight is still around 15 and a half stone, losing fat but gaining muscle so not concerned that I haven't lost anymore weight.
Need to purchase a compression vest for after the surgery. got a couple of those from asda but not sure if they will do the job required.
Does anybody know where I can purchase a cheap, quality compression vest?

Thanks,
Mart.

Mart your gyne looks kind of similar to mine, you think you will need lipo aswell?

If you lie down and press around the area do you feel 1 lump?  because  when i do this i feel nothing directly behind the nipple but feel a lump above it, below it and to the outside of it! weird!  Im 99.9% this is gland.

How much was the deposit mate?

Hi Celts

Yes I will need lipo too mate. Tbh i have a fair amount of fat on my chest at the minute, the pictures don't quite show it as much. Yes mate i can feel a big lump behind both nipples. It kind of covers the whole area behind the nipple/areola and spreads further out. I can feel it above, below and to the outside like you said but also directly underneathe the nipple. It feels big to me so am interested to see how much gland they remove.

The deposit was £200, paid via bank transfer.

7 weeks to go today, I can't wait.

Mart.

Booked & got a surgery date of 4th July, I have made a thread.

The only thing I'm worried about is I have to fly from Newcastle to Brussels then on to Berlin so I have two flights, as Newcastle scrapped direct flights to Berlin.  :-\

Please keep us updated.

Could youy not of travelled to a different airport? I'm from the West Midlands I'm travelling to Bristol for the flight as it was cheaper. I'm lucky that the mrs is dropping me off there and picking me back up though. Bit of a bummer 2 flights mate but you will be fine.

2 and a half weeks now till I fly out to Poland for the surgery. Still doing ok with the weight loss I'm hovering around 15 stone at the minute hoping to drop just under for the surgery but am happy to go in at current weight.
Still need to sort a few things out in the next couple of weeks, exchanging money, compression vest, packing my case etc.
Will post some more pics before I fly out. Not long now.

Mart they give you a vest mate included in the op price, I think I will just use that one until the stiches are removed then use a nike one like a few others have done.

I have been running and doing weights too, I don't weigh myself but pants seem looser gotta be a good sign.

Yes they give you a vest mart, Although do buy a nike pro vest and make sure its one to small for you so its tight.
I cant wait to get rid of the vest you can remove it 12days post op when you have your stiches removed and put a nike pro vest on instead.

Good luck with the weight loss but dont strain anything before the operation.
What hotel you staying in?

Good luck Mate.

Yes i wil be using the vest they supply untill i have the stitches out i just need to get one for when they are removed as i don't want to wear one that is noticable under clothing.
NUFC - I don't pay too much attention to the scales either mate as im doing cardio and weights so i'll be putting on muscle as well as dropping fat so i rely on the mirror and clothing to give me a true reflection.
I do a full body workout twice a week as i find this works best with fat loss and just do cardio on the other days with a full rest day aswell. I'm eating low carb and high protein.

JAKE - Just read your thread mate it's a fantastic write up with lots of detail and pictures. Your results look great you can now go on and live your life mate, nice one. Also i'm staying in the atrium mate.

The one they supply isnt comfortable but it isnt surpose to be lol, Just invest in a nike pro vest or something along them lines for once you  have you stiches removed as these are not noticable under t-shirts.

Cheers mate i tryed to include mostly everything althoguh their is proberly more but i dont want to bore anyone haha.
Im posting pictures daily from day 1 - 30 proberly then maybe once a week it really just depends on how busy i am.
Thanks cant wait till this time next year to be 100% healed.
I drove past the Atrium its much closer to the surgery but further from the galexy shopping centre although there are lots of other shops near you.
The Atrium looks nice, and it has better things such as spa swimming pool e.c.t. so maybe go swimming before your gyno free.

I look forward to your update.

Jake
