Just had breakfast they had sausage today, not the nest sausage I've ever tasted though. The scrambled egg with ham in is nice though. Its just a breakfast buffet and you serve yourself, I've drank a whole jug of orange juice lol.
Back in the hotel room now just took my vest off gonna have me a nice shower. The redness on the left side seems better today, the antibiotics must be working their magic now. Quite a lot of bruising today so ill start applying the lipo hep more frequently. Seems to be a bit of swelling/fluid on the left side also, not so much on the right side. Still looking good though but the bruising is a site for sore eyes lol. Will go down shortly though. Will be a day of watching football for me today.

Just had me a large kebab in toasted pitta bread with a bottle of coke for less than £4 from ellas kebab. Very nice indeed if you like kebab check it out. She speaks good English too.
Just gave Katarzyna a ring to see what time she wants to see me tomorrow, she said 2pm and asked if everything was ok and if I had any concerns/questions. Told her the left side was still red and I was a bit worried about it yesterday to which she said if you're worried you should ring me immediately at anytime. Told her the redness has gone down slightly and she said she will give me a good check over tomorrow and make sure everything is fine. I feel much better now.
Just settling down for the night now, the Man utd v Cheslea match is on tv so going to watch that.

Will update tomorrow after I have been to the clinic.

Day 5 post op: Just been for breakfast, went without my vest on it felt good. Got swelling/fluid on both sides, the left is worse than the right. My chest feels kinda heavy if you know what I mean. Will all go down in time and is just part of that long road to recovery.
Just going to have a nice shower and change my dressing before I go to the clinic this afternoon.

Will update once I've seen Katarzyna.

Just got back form my final check up with Katarzyna. She said I am healing nicely and the redness is easing and should go in a few days. She had a good look and feel of my chest and said the right side is beautiful but there is a bit of blood/fluid behind the left so she will drain it for me. She then got a needle out and put it in my chest, hurt a little but not much, then drained the fluid/blood into a syringem. There wasn't too much tbf about 20ml I think she said. My chest went immediately flatter lol. She said it may need to be done again and that my GP can easily do this. She also pulled my nipples away from my chest muscle to prevent them sticking as I hadn't done so. All I can say it was the worst nipple twist I have ever had in my life and if a mate had done that to me I probably would have broke his nose lol. Was very painful but she said it needed doing.
She said the swelling etc will go down and she said to do gentle massage over the whole chest area everyday as it really does help with the repair of something (forgot what it was called lol). She also said to wear the compression vest for 6 weeks. She said it doesn't have to be the compression vest provided and anyonw will do as long as its a nice tight fit. I think ill be wearing my underworks one when I'm back in the UK purely because its invisible under clothing. She said she advises 6 weeks because it takes up to 6 weeks for (forgot what its called again) to repair. She gave me a good clean up and changed dressing and gave me some more jelonet. She then asked me if I was happy with everything and if I had enjoyed the experience and the stay in Poland etc. She said if I have any problems or concerns no matter how silly they may seem to ring her immediately. She said I am still her patient and she is only a phone call or email away. Was very nice hearing this and put my mind at ease. I have really enjoyed meeting and talking to Katarzyna, she is so friendly and approachable not like a normal surgeon. She makes you feel at ease in her presence and knowing you can ring her anytime is very reassuring.

Its my last night in
Poland tonight, the taxi company just rang to say they will be picking me up at 1.30 tomorrow so ill pack my stuff ready tonight.
I'm glad to be going home tbh as I said before a week is a long time but I've really enjoyed the whole experience and so glad that I came here and got it done. It feels great not having gyne anymore even with the swelling and bruising etc, I would take that any day over the gyne. I haven't a bad word to say about the experience and I can't wait till I'm fully recoverd to see the full result.
Will post pics up when I'm back in the UK.

I have my underworks vest with me so I think ill wear that through the airport as this ones quite bulky and not very comfortable. Also don't want them thinking I'm a suicide bomber as the Germans were arses when I went through on my way here.
Also I only took hand luggage so I'm hoping my medication will be ok going through but it should be.

Thats good mate, Your GP proberly wont drain it for you i was going to do it to myself but im glad i didnt not because all the woobling my chest was doing was due to the scar tissue lol.
I was pulling my nipples away all the time but im pretty sure the RHS is stuck haha o well it looks good anyway and when i hit the gym this should hopefull change.
HAHA did she grab your chest as well around the nipple?
Regarding compresion vest i personally think they are only good for the first few weeks after 3 weeks i think there pointless i read throughout the forum that most people wear it for a month max i personally couldnt as i hated it lol, Do you think you will last the full 6 weeks lol>?
Have a good last night mate, did you get transfers via jeremy? what car took you to your hotel?
You not i reasiled as well mate the best thing about getting rid of my gyno is that sex is 10x better hahaa your misses will be happy lol.
Haha they searched me at the airport for ages and the women put her hand down my girlfriends leggins haha be prepared. On a serious note just by looking at your passport and seing its english they proberly already think you went there for surgery when they feel the vest.

Have a safe flight home looking forward to the pics.

Yeah mate hurt like hell when she grabbed my nipple. My right side was sticking to the muscle and looked good but now she has pulled it away its gone slightly puffy but that side has started to swell now. Did you get much swelling? I think the more lipo you have the more swelling you get.
Yeah Jeremy sorted my transfers its a minibus, very comfortable mate and only cost £37 in total that's for 4 hours travelling so very cheap.
I doubt ill last 6 weeks with the compression vest as I can't stand them but I have been wearing them for work for a year or so. I reckon I could drain the fluid myself its very easy but I just can't tell if its fluid, scar tissue, swelling etc? She drained 20ml out my left side today but already it looks like its come back tonight so I'm guessing its swelling?
Will get the pics up either tomorrow night or wednesday. I took them all on my phone as I didn't bring a camera but its a good quality. Will get the mrs to take a load on the camera when I'm home.

Haha at least she did it before any worse happens :)
No i didnt get much swelling at all if anything none, Thats why i thought the vest was pointless most the the time, Yes thats more then likly from what ive read about it.
Ooo yes you went from berlin didnt you, Thats why i proberly got luxery because i payed the same price but for just 1 - 2 hours travelling.
Just dont wear it to tight because i did and i had a coughing fit for around 1 week untill i took off then i stopped coughing as much.
Thats what i mean if its not fluid and you withdraw something your not meant to take from you chest such as blood it could make things worse not to think of if i got infected could make huge delay's in the healing process.
It must be swelling did you have quite abit of lipo? If you look at my first post op photo did you have all that colour stuff over you when you woke?
I took all my photo's on my phone too. Look forward to seing them.

Yeah I'm sure its just swelling mate cuz Katarzyna only really drew like blood out today and she said it didn't really need doing tbh.
Yeah I had a fair bit of lipo 300ml fat from both sides so I'm certain that's why I'm swelling more. Yeah I had all that orangey coloured stuff on me can't remember what she said it was.
Yeah I flew from Berlin mate, 2 hour journey from there to Poland. The minibus was very comfortable though. Doubt ill bother getting my chest drained again as it will all release into the body in time anyway.

Back safe and sound in the UK now. It's been a long day travelling and I'm very tired. I'm aching all over my body feels as though I've got flu type symptoms, could be side effects of the antibiotics but I've took the last 2 tonight. The redness has gone down a lot it looks a lot better :)
Nipples still looking puffy due to swelling. My right nipple bled a bit tonight I think I caught it in something tbh. Also a little sore today.
Will put pics up tomorrow, sorry to keep you hanging on a bit longer :P lol.
