poland is cheap.  some people have had success with lipo and excission.  but no one who went therehad success with only excission.

as for the weight I'm at 17 stones (not good) 5'11" in height. I had emailed baranski about a month ago and asked for available dates in early september and he came back with the 8th 09th and another date, i cant remember. so i chose the 8th. after sitting there trying to muster up the courage. i just went ahead and booked it. sent 3 pics two of side chest and one of front. (horrific stuff) lol i was advised i will need the full procedure lipo and excision. a breakdown of the total costs is included in the link above.
