Hey Guys
Anybody got any ideas around when it is safe to go back to heavy weight training after surgery?

I was told no strenuous exercise for 6 weeks.

No point rushing back too soon and compromising your recovery but I too am anxious to get back training.

I think I'll see how my body feels after 6 weeks and ease back into it.

I know that it's an individual process, so without holding you to anything, how long would you leave it before doing pull ups?

That would truley depend of the person and how easily they can life there body weight,
If i puts more then a tiny bit of stress on the chest for the first 4 weeks your proberly over doing it  :).

Thanks
Jake

Still at least a month to go before I even have to start thinking about weights.
