operation Thursday, gyne and double chin lipo

 went to  doctors office today, I called and said I wanted to see him  prior to my one week post  op  visit,  he changes  wrappings, my chest looks great. He  showed me two  ''plugs'' of gland that were removed. I wish he  kept them so I could   cook them on the grill for all the agony from   the last 3 decades.
    My  chin and jaw line  look great, no bruising. This doc is good

 2 plus week  post op, perfect results,   got a  hard area / lump on rt side under skin that  needs to dissipate though..
    it really has not sunk in  that  after 30 years of puffy nipples they are gone...
   why did I wait  soooooo long

    went to  gym last night and did light elyptical work out, couple more weeks till  get back to weights....
