So, like most people here, i have gyne, and recently i've gotten kind of depressed that i cant get rid of it by excersize and without 5-7k i'll never get it off.  So i was about 185lbs (6'4'') but i've recently gone up to 194lbs.  I know 9 pounds isnt a whole lot, but i dunno, it might become a slippery slope.  It hasnt really impacted my gyne much, but the whole situation makes me feel real down.  Any tips? how do you guys keep from getting down?

Compression garments do wonders, despite being uncomfortable.  Start with a light compressing since the heavy compression ones are for the most severe gyno.  They are worth the investment.  Then start saving for your surgery.  Put as much away each month as possible and don't succumb to temptation and spend it.  Life is short and you are worth every penny of the investment.
