18 yr old puffy nipples

hey guys i know this has probably been answered a thousand times but it seems like my only real problem is that my nipples are puffy other then that my chest is completely fine im 18 years old 6 feet tall and 165 pounds not overweight or anything, the thing i want to know is how will something like REBOUND xt work on me and what kind of side effects do these type of drugs have?
