puffy nipples

 Ok I realize I have Gyne, I can feel little hard glands under my nipples. However when My nipples get cold,aka, "tho" they dont look as bad. I even went as far a rubbing ice on them before stepping into a hot tub with some ladies. Is there a procedure that can I make them look coldfor less money than surgery.

im 19 and have a petty athletic body, i usually pinch my nipples or ice them and they get small and dont look bad at all
