Do a lot of cardio and eat super clean. I believe it helps with healing and getting an edge on better results. Worked for me.

I actually just had lipo, I thought I needed gland removal but turns out I didn't. I'm very happy and looking forward to how it all heals up. I keep staring at myself in the mirror.  Jay is right clean eating before and after is very important.  I'm already off the meds at day 3 as the pain is merely a dull ache

I would check with your surgeon on the specifics of recovery asked on the work you are having done.  I had my surgery done in Portsmouth nh. This is day 4 and I'm moving around with no problems. The skin reattached to the body and feels tight when I move certain ways, but that is to be expected.  I went out for a but today. I am not quite well enough to drive but as a passenger I had no problem.   Are you combining your Gino surgery with anything else?

no just gyne but where most ppl just have their nipple took off and then sewed back on im also havin all my excess skin cut off as it will just be left sagging loose if i didnt as i used to be alot fatter u see thats why il be left with 1 big scar line across mychest permenatly so the surgeon said but there is no other option if i wanted a completely flat chest,

Just had my 1 week follow up today.  Dr said no more compression garment and I can go back to he gym as long as I start light and work my way back up. I didn't take anything before my surgery, bu yours sounds more involved and its always best o listen to your doctor.  Just about a week away now for you, right?

oh yes  ;D cant wait now altho i think the nerves are slightly kickin in from time to time but i can only assume they will be constant nerves the day before lol, iv had no pre op inspection tho yet and as far as i know there isnt one booked so im going have to call them tomorrow an double check as ive only just realised that something like that should be important so il see what they say on the phone as the hospital where il be gettin done is about a 3 hour drive away unless they just do it the mornin of surgery day im not sure how it works

Nerves will come and go until the minute you go under, it's natural. I didn't have to do any pre-op tests but again, your surgery sounds a bit more involved than mine. Trust me, it will all be worth it when it's over.
