3 days till surgery and still not sure......

I'm looking forward to making the change, but still unsure if what the doc is talking about will be enough.  He says excision under the nipple and contouring 1-2 centimeters of the surrounding area with no lipo will do the trick.  I am no expert by any means, but I'm not sure I envision the result I am looking for.  Anyone have any opinions as to how this may turn out if I go through with it?  There are pictures in this thread.............

Theres really not much to be contoured on you. I can kinda see what he means.

I wish I would get local. My Doc said General. I don't wanna be put to sleep. I'd rather be awake.

I chatted with someone who had the same thing done by the same doc and they reported very little pain and discomfort even right after the procedure.  What he wants to do is only in the area of the nipple.  I'm sure having lipo in the entire area would be a different story.
