Aetna Insurance anyone have this?

I posted in other posts I am going to try to get insurance to cover gyne surgery. Anybody have gyne surgery covered by Aetna or any other surgery? Just want to know if they are a good insurance company or not. Just want to make sure they don't pull another circus ring of bull s**t. Also, do all insurance companies take a month or more to respond yes or no to the insurance claim? I don' t know if I have that much time. I thought 3 months would be enough time to get in that operating room. I am starting to guess wrong. Any information would be Helful.

Yes, I have aetna too. I have heard that under certain circumstances, aetna will pay for gland removal, but not lipo.

Thanks for the reply. That helped me out a lot at least I now believe there may be a slim chance they will pay. I would want to get both though because I have a small amount of fat but, mostly gland.
