anyone know of puffy nips to go down on there own

Puffy nips is a rather generic term so I'm unable to give a very precise response.

With regard to Gynecomastia generally, If it is due to the hormonal irregularities of puberty and you are still in puberty you have a pretty good chance that it will diminish. Usually most boys are told that it would go away in a year or so but the truth is that it normally takes somewhat longer.

Gynecomastia that is caused as an adverse side effece of a drug can often diminish if the condition is recognized early enough and the offending drug is withdrawn. Timing would seem to be critical.

There are medications which have some success in diminishing Gynecomastia. But their benefit is limited and they require competent medical supervision for safe use.

There are no safe and effective 'over the counter medications' Although there are many scams.

Other than as above, If you are an adult and have Gynecomastia, you either need to cope with it or have surgery.
