To anyone considering the surgery, do it! No if ands or buts, I understand the procedure is expensive but this surgery has opened a new beginning to my life. I am 9 months post op, still have swelling from time to time. Arnica monatana is sold in pellets, you can get them from any vitamin shop, that deff helped out with swelling. Here to answer any questions and down to hear some other people out who have had the procedure.

This is with plenty of exercise but I can say the surgery was deff a success. I still have some swelling but I am satisfied.

Yeah, good job!

And inspirational.  I lost 35 lbs since January and I lift weights like a mofo.  I've never been so close to having abs before, I'm sitting at about 15% BF.  So I started a cut 2 weeks ago and I'm down 5 pounds - and still able to lift the same weight so minimal muscle loss.  I'm doing a close version of Dave Palumbo's low carb cut.

I figure another 8 pounds will get my abs out nicely.  So cool to see someone who accomplished what I've set out to do.  Very motivating.  I'm 4 months post op btw. 

How did you do it?

Very nice man....which surgeon performed the procedure.  Im definitely getting it performed next year
