Went fine.  Doctor didn't beat around the bush.  Asked me point blank if I smoked tobacco or pot or did steroids.
Fortunately I was able to say no to all three.  Honestly, I was pretty impressed with the guy.  He's doing the surgery in 3 weeks.  He'll remove glands, liposuction fat, and reduce the size of my areola.  They will provide me with a compression vest.  Preop visit 1 week before surgery.  They do the operation in their own operating room.  Cost: $3,875.00.   I paid the $200.00 deposit and signed before he had a chance to change his mind.

Would you mind posting Before and After pics once you've gone through with the operation?

Yep.  I'll try to get some before pics posted in the next few days.  When you see them I think you'll agree that mine's not a mild case.
