hey guys nearly 6 weeks post op

just wondering if anyone else had this problem... post srugery up until around 3 weeks post my areolas were very tite and very round (seemed they had shrunk around 0.5cm diameter)...

now it seems they are starting to stretch out a little bit and not perfectly round...could this be the scar tissue underneath pulling the areola in different directions...its not very obvious but ust would rather perfectly round areolas

would massage help this problem?

The answer to both questions is "maybe". 
At six weeks it could still be distorted by swelling as well.
