Can I resume arm curls?
I'm one week post op.  The weights I have are extremely light (10lbs.)

Do you think it's ok to start toning with arm curls, or should I wait until I'm healed more?

i don't think thats a good idea... i think you should wait to be atleast 1 month post op... thats just my 2 cents...

I thought it best to resume with something light.  Besides, enough reps is still helpful.

Anyhow I'll wait a month.
