Cheaper if no liposuction is required?

Say I'm in very good shape...10-12% body fat and as such don't have much fatty tissue in my chest. However, I have an obnoxious gland that still makes it look like a breast. Would the surgery be cheaper, since no liposuction is needed?

I will assume yes.  Lipo and excision can run upwards of $6500 while lipo only can be just over $5k from the quote I got.  Im sure you could find someone here who had excision only and ask what they paid.
