Has any of you used ChestCoach system ? Does it provide anything more than usual eat right, exercise and lose fat choices ?  They mention a couple of exercises such as Diamond Pushups and Iron Squeeze Method on their website apart from eating Indian spice like turmeric. I think diamond pushups are nothing but pushups with the palm of the hands touching each other. Not sure what the Iron Squeeze Method is.

I dont mind spending on the program if it has worked for anyone

i signed up as a skeptic and remain a skeptic. sure some of their ideas probably work if you've got gyno because of weight but not if it's glandular tissue.

Any strength training exercise for your pecs is good -- it will build up your pecs.  But it is not a treatment for gyne.  Rather, as the chest muscle enlarges, it actually pushes out your gyne (which sits on top of the muscle) even further.

If the exercises result in weight loss, then the fat component of the gyne on your chest will diminish somewhat, making the gyne seem somewhat better.  But if you truly have gyne, with breast tissue present, weight loss or exercise will not make it disappear.
