Coming back again

I had surgery 2 times for puffy nipple. 1st had excision and lipo. 2nd time areola reduction, also reduced some loose skin. Looked great for 2 weeks. Now nipple puffy again but not as puffy as preop. Top of right areola puffy, bottom half flat. hmmmm....There is no fat or glandular tissue. My chest is as hard as a rock but the areola are still puffy. What do you think is causing this?? I might just be stuck with them damn puffy areola.The PS says there is nothing else I can do. It's just how I was born. Cannot correct it anymore...Any comments??

maybe the natural shape of your nipple is really puffy? coz i gotta friend who's got a fucking nice, nice chest with tiny, slightly slightly puffy nipples....... but they look okay.... i know alot of people who have slightly puffy nipples, not puffy enough to need surgery.....
