Is it coming back? Need some help!

Hello guys, im 6 weeks post op and am no where near as happy as i was 2-3 weeks after surgery. I was flat and looked in good shape. Now ive noticed the puffiness coming back and it feels like, as well as the scar tissue, there is still some gland left. Am i just over reacting or has the surgeon not done his job properly? Any one who can help or has experienced it themselves, please give me some advice!

It could help to see pictures, but it is possible for gland to remain and contribute to residual puffiness.

Your only 6 weeks post op man, give the small things some time to sort out. If it was something major (like back to how it originally was or rapid growth around the nipples) then it would be cause for concern, but not slight puffiness. Alot of people are happy with how things look right after but once the scar tissue starts to form they go into nightmare mode and think its coming back. Give it months, not weeks before worrying.
