Could getting hit in the breasts do anything to your gyno?

I do kung fu, and when I spar I sometimes get hit in the chest area. It hurts a lot but I'm tough enough to just shrug it off. The pain doesn't really bother me, but would getting hit in that area make your gyno any better or worse? I always wear a compression vest so its never noticeable even through a single T-shirt, but still.
