How much did surgery cost for you guys? Mine is pretty mild but I don't know if that ties into cost or not. Did you guys save up or do they offer some sort of payment plan? Do they piss test you because I smoke marijuana though I know for a fact it is not what caused my gynecomastia since I got it before I started smoking. I've had gynecomastia for 3+ years now and it's time to get surgery.

I was old enough before safe effective surgery was common that My priorities has changed so I never had surgery.

Even so, Perhaps I can help.

A man who has very large breasts is usually so happy to have them reduced that the overall effect is totally liberating. Iven if a follow up is needed to reduce the amount of skin or to refine things he is happy.

The man who has a small amount of surplus tissue is looking for a more sculpted and even symmetrically perfect job. This kind of perfection is not really normal and poses real problems for the surgeon.

If I was a surgeon, (obviously I'm not) I'd probably give a discount if the guy had large enough breasts but charge enough more for the minor jobs to make up the diffrence.

I think it is probably safe to say that the "Minor" jobs are actually the most difficult and at the same time the least satisfying.

I understand your point. I'm not looking for a perfect sculpted chest, just so that I may be able to wear a single t-shirt without someone making a remark. Each persons situation is different and I know that I would be satisfied if the results were anything like what I've seen in the forum.

Though I hope your view on how surgeons charge is wrong because people regardless of how large the breasts are (to an extent, of course) we all feel the same pain of hiding ourselves and feeling like outcasts.
