Hey guys i have had two surgeries (last one 2 years ago) i have been satisfied until recently.  I think it's getting bigger.  I noticed it when i wore my 'wife beater' the other day and i saw my reflection of a pointy thing like i used to have .  I feel no glandular processes but its bigger.  So yeah i am freaking out about all that!! and to make matters worse i am graduating college in may and going on a cruise with friends in one month! i went to Aruba last year with my GF and it seemed like there were much older people there and i didn't care as much so i was on the beach the whole week.  But now its just going to be a bunch of friends (men and female who have great bodies) and then me.  I signed up to go because i didn't think it would be a problem but now i look at my chest and compare to last year's vaca pics and i can totally see that there is a huge difference (eventhough my gf refuses to admit it.)

so i ask:

can they get bigger even after surgery??

i've never been on a cruise, does the whole thing involve shirts off by the pool etc??

thank you guys

Oooh, that's a tough one there buddy. It's best to have that thing checked out by the doc you had surgery with. What kind of cruise is it? Is it the kind with the big fancy boat with a pool and everything where you just sail around, or is it the kind where you'll be going to different places and making stops? I ask this because my friend was on a cruise and they didnt stop and neither did they have a pool.
If you have gyne, dont expect not be laughed at.

Just like if you walk into a locker room, you're gonna see some hairy asses and dicks.

Unfortunately for me, both have occured in my life way too many times.

Well if its that then I guess you're going to have to sometimes go shirtless.

I have the same problem. Had surgery in '06. '07 was great...wore t-shirts, no shirt, etc. Then last year i started to see an increase in gland size along with a more pronounced void from lipo (do NOT think i needed lipo). It took me over 25 years to address this and now I am not confident enough in my Dr's abilities to go back to him and have to go through another questionable surgery.

did you take yr shirt off or keep it on the whole time.  Man i know the feeling of freedom.  But know that there is a chance of it recurring.  I was good to go for 2 years shirtless no prob. like i didn't have the greatest body but a lot of on here don't care about that...just not BOOBS.

and now its FUCKING BACK!!!! I don't think words can address my frustration esp. since i just noticed them get bigger and i have vacation in 3 weeks. i am going to get my hormones checked tommorow

You have any pics? What they look like two years later after growing back? What they looked like after surgery when you were happy? And pre-surgery. I rarely see pix like that on here. I know recurrence is a possibility, but I thought it was like 10%, especially if gland was removed.

k. i know this sounds bad but i really don't wanna take a picture right now and compare.  I just think it would really throw me over the edge. i still need to get used to this idea of having it again and having to wear two shirts before i can do that.

But i have a question for you guys who have pretty bad G and know the embarrasement:

I booked this trip four months ago when i didn't mind taking my shirt off in public sure it wasn't a great looking set of pecs by any means.  but it was flat and didn't look like boobs.  Now  the gyne has come back and i dont know if i am ready for the embarrasement.

would you:
1.) go on the cruise and say screw it take your shirt off and get the stares and drunk friends grabbing yr nips in front of yr female friends and the 'ew' look on girls and just die inside of embarasment
2.) go and chill in my cabin the whole day and come out at night for dinner ( i also heard they have night clubs and casinos so i guess i could do that) and just stay inside while everyone else is having an awesome time around you and while you try to play off that you don't wanna go outside you are dying to get sun and go by the pool and drink.
3.) forefit the 400.00 dollars ( its non-refundable) say that i can't make it (make up some BS story) and just stay at home and not be in a position where i can be embarassed

If your girlfriend is alright with it I dont see what the problem is.  Thats all your concern should be is your girlfriend and yourself if your happy together thats really the only thing that matters.

a few people might joke around a little bit but its all fun and games now if people are being cruel then you might have to step up and handle something or someone

now if you go on this cruise you have to be comfortable with your self or you might as well stay home.  because once on the cruise you will be in a situation to take off your shirt and if you hesitate your going to draw more attention to yourself and make the situation much worse if you ever do take your shirt off so if your doubting yourself you might as well stay your ass home but like i said if you have a girlfriend and you two are happy together thats all you should need

hopes i helped
pics would help also
