I would have to agree with that chart. For me anyway. I’m a 38B, the size of a large orange when in a bra. Hard to tell braless because my breasts sag now.

I am not sure how valid this is without reference to your band size. My 34DD boobs will not be the same size as someone else's 40DDs.  Cup volume increases with band size. The best reference material is from the Irishbralady on Instagram. You can see real photos of every bra size and I can see that I do actually fit the 34DD category.
