Well, I have gained and lost a lot of weight over my short lifetime.... I definately have pretty severe gyno, but how do I tell by touching / feeling if it is just excess fat or if I have breast type tissue there?

They feel a bit lumpy and weird to be honest, slightly different from say other fatty areas on my body but not much... I also have very enlarged nipples too, but I don't know if this is just due to stretch from so many weight changes?

What should I be feeling for guys?

not an easy answer without something to go by in the photos section.  not having one of these doesn't mean it's not, but watch for an areola larger than normal, an extended nip, puffy nips (kind of conical), or a shape that distends down beyond or more pointy than you would expect with just skin and fat.  if that's not enough for a guess, then try the pic.
* a man is more than a body will ever tell
* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?
