So you can actually feel this gland, right?
Underneath my puffy nipples I can feel a very uneven, hard, donut like shape.  I'm assuming this is not normal and that this is the gland I am feeling.  Correct?

A strange thing is that my brother does not have gynecomastia, but he has told me he's got a "hardened mass" under his nipples.

All men have a bud or the beginnings of breast gland. For us it grew to some extent, For others it did not grow, For some it started to grow then shrank.
