Hi, I've posted photos before and have been told I have gynecomastia based on images.
My regular doctor during a physical felt around and said he didn't feel any breast or glandular tissue, just fat.

I've been reading a lot of people saying their doctors couldn't feel the gland either, and having less than optimal results with their surgeries because no gland was removed.

I remember a long time ago feeling a gland. The memory is so fuzzy so it must have been my puberty years. I can't feel a hard disc like gland under my nipple at all, but I do have pretty coned almost puffy nipples when not hard (cold).

My question, mainly directed at the doctors on here- what do you do if you can't feel a gland pre-op? Do you still open it up and look, or just use liposuction?

I don't want to go through with surgery some day, have less fat but be left with puffy nipples. Thoughts?
