I got Gynecomastia at the age of six and really don't know how it happened or how it is even possible. I had normal testicular development and hair growth on my body/face throughout puberty also. My parents were so naive and absent that they didn't even realize I had breasts when I was six years old which is really depressing to think about...

Age six is much too early for puberty -- but there may have been other factors involved here.  Such things as BPA in plastics, tea tree oil or lavender oil in bath water or creams, estrogens or phyto-estrogens in your foods, etc.  Don't blame your parents -- they could not have known.  However, your pediatrician may have made a note of very early gyne and tried to ascertain the cause.  Oftentimes, however, the cause is unknown.
