did areola shrink too much?

i just felt his areolas shrunk too much.. also are the nipples concave? do you guys think this is the usual case.. or did the doctor remove too much fat/tissue..

That looks kinda similar to how I look currently.  And I'm not completely happy with my results if that tells you something

My areola's shrunk but they don't look like that and I'm 12 days post op right now.  They were a little big to begin with but now they look fine.  I'm still super bruised and swollen and can't tell the results too much, but my nipples I'm happy with.

that was six weeks post-op....is the areola areas supposed to look so messed up at that point?  it looked like it was all areola and no nipple, almost concave a little bit, and also, is the area around the areola supposed to look weird like that?
