What? Why would it make you more sociable towards women? Undoubtedly it can, and does affect the mind: why else are we all here?

I guess it could rarely make you more sociable towards women when you realize that your gyne is the only thing preventing you from getting a girlfriend and you learn to overcome that. But much more common is the mindset of staying away from women due to the fear that they might see your gyne and not want to be with you ever again which might be mentally devastating.

Being a late developer, I think I can safely say getting my pair of shapelies hasn't altered me psychologically - I always had good friends of both gender and still do.

It has made me wiser though - I always wondered what it was like to have breasts and wear a bra - now I know!!!. However, I still don't know what it would be like to have a large pair !?!

The effects of gynecomastia are not physical but psychological.  To that extent, yes it does have an effect on the mind.   If your hormones are really screwed up, it is not beyond belief that you could interact better with females than some other guys.  If you can truly understand females, well----  I think I'd better not go there sometimes my wife looks in here.
