Does Gynecomastia surgery involve cauterization ?

Does Gynecomastia surgery involve cauterization ?

I believe this is using an electric current to create heat to melt shut bleeding blood vessels.

There was a surgeon I was looking at but he had an angry patient make a website saying that she was burned by the cauterization during a face lift.

I was just wondering if this might extent to gynecomastia.

Also, I am not sure if the cauterization was caused by a dedicated tool or if this was from the Vaser liposuction(aka ultrasonic)
