I dont know if im the only one guys, but i feel that i would be such a good and useful person if i didnt have moobs. I dont go out with friends, i dont want to go to the gym cuz if im joggin or watever and my moobs show, or anything else. I dont know about you guys but i live in the carribean and im a fisherman since a was a little boy, and now i have to convince my self to go to the sea because of the whole wind blowing on my shirt or swimming aspect even when im only with my family. Also i have punched holes in my walls because of the frustration i have with my moobs. To add to it my family is going through financial difficulties and idk it just doesnt help. So i was wondering if there is anyone that thinks they would be a better person or if they feel like everything links back to their moobs.

The caliber of one's character, their value, or their usefulness, is never dictated by the body they are in. Otherwise, a 17-year-old will have more character, usefulness, and value, than a 75-year-old due to the differences in their bodies. Does this make sense to you? Of course not! YOU are not your body. YOU are the man you choose to be. Your body has absolutely nothing to do with WHO you are!

2010 will be the year that I get rid of these things once and for all.

If you are feeling depressed because of having some degree of Gynecomastia; allow me to point out something that just might make you realize just how fortunate you really are.

The term Gynecomastia dates back to the Greek physician Galen. It has been depicted in the art and statuary of every age.

Surgery to reduce the size of men's breasts also goes back a while but not nearly as long as you might think. Fifty years ago the surgical methods were really quite crude compared to the present methods and often left the man disfigured to some extent.

It has only been in the last two or three decades that surgery has truly been safe, effective and reliable.

Instead of stewing about how unfortunate you are, congratulate yourselves on being born in a time when there truly is an alternative to living with the condition and trying to adapt.

I know my body has nothing to do with who i am but i would be a much more confident person and not a person that would stay in there room all day and be of no use if my body was what it should be =/.

im nearly there as reguards covering the cost for surgery, then comes the big decision wether to take the plunge or not.

for a few, very little links back to the moobs.  for probably the majority including me, it does.  i'm fortunate i can hide it better than others, but a lot of damage has been done, so its days are numbered.
* a man is more than a body will ever tell
* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?
