Yes, Merle is truly one of a kind.

Gynecomastia is not something new, There are examples of it in almost every culture.  It is depicted quite obviously in the ancient art of both Egypt and Greece.

We should be able to presume that in this age, where information is distributed so quickly and easily, Gynecomastia should no longer be of concern and it would be accepted as within the range of what is normal. The unfortunate truth is that we live in a culture with some rather artifical images of physical perfection and the man with gynecomastia essentially stigmatizes himself even more than in the past.
