this GYNO is starting to bother me !! ( + photos )

i'm a 21 year old male , and i have had gynecomastia since 15 y.o

it wasn't that bad until 2 weeks ago i had some pain in both nipples and especially the left one and it gets more puffy ! it's sort of buring feeling and i felt more sensibility in the chest area .. although i'm in a good shape i eat healthy and i'm pretty muscular and i'm sure my testosterone level are normal !! 

i don't wanna talk about this with my parents , i don't know what to do ??
should i visit a doctor !

As I said on my other post, 1st thing is talk to your doctor. Medications, hormones ect.... find out why you have pain first.

It would be reasonable to visit a doctor - either your family doc or a plastic surgeon who performs gynecomastia surgery.
